Healing Within Sound
Ambient music, a gentle stream, birds chirping.
Sound.
Sound is one of our most treasured ways of self renewal, reflection, and meditation.
The ability to either close our eyes, or soften our gaze as we ride a gentle wave of various sounds complimenting one another is a gift that we should allow ourselves daily.
If you do not live amongst, or are unable to make your way to nature, or aren’t quite certain where to start, there are numerous apps, (Exhale, for example) or albums (Top 100 Songs Relaxation) that offer the beauty of calm through sound; from 5 minutes, to multiple hours, whichever you happen to have time for at that moment.
A daily practice that your mind, body, and soul will thank you for.
