How often do you find yourself trapped in a tense conversation with yourself filled with blame and rising sense of guilt ending with frustration?
The tone we use in our self-conversation is one of the most important tones that we need to practice kindness and compassion. When you speak to a loved one, what is the tone you use?
why we often don’t use it instead we dwell into this self-shaming one!
Maybe we were raised convinced that being tough and assertive towards ourselves is a strength and key to success! but if so, is it really working? does it encourage you to progress and move forward or it paralyze you instead?
