Years later I was going to college. I was a good student but I was miserable and it was killing my passion for what I wanted to do. So I reached out to my parents and said “If I am going to approach my life the same way I approach something like Hearthstone, I need permission to fail. I need permission to make a dumb decision like leaving school when I only have one semester left.” And thankfully my parents gave me that permission. So I left school and I haven’t regretted it since.
