Whether it’s turning off your phone notifications, finding a quiet place to study, or simply taking deep breaths to calm your mind, fostering a conducive environment for concentration is key.
Making Associations
Next, let’s talk about associations. Our brains are wired to remember things by linking new information to something already stored in our minds.
