A Tool for Knowing What Is True For You and Inviting Lightness

What's True is Light, and what’s heavy is a Lie. This is a great tool that’s easy to use and will help you know what is actually true for YOU.
When I coach someone, rather than telling them what I think they should do, I facilitate them to tap into and recognize their own knowing.
You as an infinite being are conscious. As an infinite being you have the capacity to perceive, know, be and receive everything. Though sometimes, actually quite often, our mind gets in the way of our knowing. Our mind gets in the way of us functioning from consciousness.
It can be easy to get lost in other people’s opinions, beliefs, points of view, realities or limited boxes.
So how do you know what is true for you?
WHAT’S TRUE IS LIGHT, AND WHAT’S HEAVY IS A LIE
This is a great tool that’s easy to use and will help you know what is actually true for YOU.
If you are willing to use it for everything, you will know what is true for you, what will actually work for you, and what is right for you in that moment. It is the most important thing you can do to make your life easier.
You can use this tool to navigate everything in life. It will assist you in making choices, if you use it.
Please be aware that if someone is not asking you a question; they are giving you their answer. Everybody believes they have the right answer and that is all they are interested in. So, when somebody tells you something and it makes you feel lighter, it’s true for you. And if something makes you feel heavy, it is a lie – for you!
You can ask, “Does this feel light or heavy?” Trust your knowing. You don’t have to ask it out loud, you can ask it in your head.
If it’s heavy, you can ask “What’s the lie? What lie am I buying here?”
Asking a question is a way to invite awareness to show up. It’s never about getting an answer or getting something right. It’s about gaining awareness.
Answers are conclusions that create limitation, cut off your awareness and disempower you. Trying to get something right also cuts off your awareness and it puts you in a state of judgment. You can’t have awareness and judgement in the same universe, they cannot co-exist.
When something feels light there is a sense of space and possibility, you feel like there are more choices and there is a sense of expanded awareness.
When something feels heavy, there is a sense of finality, conclusion and no more choice available; there is a sense of contraction and no possibility for the future.
If you think about doing something and it gives you a sense of lightness that is the result that will get created if you chose it – more lightness.
What if instead of trying to change the heaviness of any situation, you simply chose what made you feel lighter?
