The 3-Month Life Transformational Course is designed to empower individuals to overcome past pains, negative impacts, and traumas. It aims to help clients develop a positive outlook on the future and cultivate new mental, physical, and spiritual habits for growth in all aspects of life. The course combines spiritual coaching, yoga, meditation, and/or Reiki to provide a holistic and personalized approach to transformation. Each session lasts one hour, and the course is available for both in-person and online delivery.
Course Structure:
The 3-Month Life Transformational Course consists of 36 one-hour sessions, carefully designed to guide clients through a transformative journey. The course progresses through three distinct phases: Healing, Growth, and Integration. Here’s an outline of the sessions for each phase:
Phase 1: Healing (Sessions 1-12)
In this phase, clients will focus on overcoming past pains, negative impacts, and traumas.
