Living Stress Free & Happy ~

In today’s world stress and busy schedules are a part of life. Stress is what causes physical, mental, and emotional issues and problems.
In today’s world stress and busy schedules are a part of life. Stress is what causes physical, mental, and emotional issues and problems. Life can be a struggle.
Here is what I do that helps me stay stress free and happy, and living a busy life with ease, in-spite of what challenges may be going on in my life, and there are many.
I make time in my day for things that I love and give me strength – my spiritual practices, time in nature, exercise, photography, listening to music. It may seem like a lot, but it is not really as I find ways to combine some of them. For instance, I combine exercise, being in nature and photography – by walking by the bay which is so beautiful, surrounded by trees, water, flowers while the sun is setting. I have my camera with me and take pics of what calls me. I listen to music as I work, unless I am on client calls or in meetings.
Starting my day with gratitude, intention of how I want my day to unfold, meditation, prayer and journaling has me in a great place to begin the day.
Creating time for what we love and what nurtures us takes care of the stress. We are able to relax and get more done efficiently and in less time.
