This paper discusses flexible online learning at TAFE NSW – Sydney Institute, its implementation, and its implications for personal teaching practice. Adult and vocational education is an area in education that has undergone changes in the recent past. There are various institutions in Australia that have been affected by the changes, such as the introduction of flexible online learning. As implied by the title, this kind of approach to VET is flexible and convenient. However, it is not without serious implications for the teacher and teaching practices as revealed in the paper.
