Brand Impakt Advertising Agency is one such contemporary organization that is facing unprecedented challenges from its business environments and thus restructuring and organizational redesign has become imperative. The purpose of this paper is to critically examine the organizational behavioural issues including organizational design (structure and culture), communication and conflicts in an advertising agency, ‘Brand Impakt’. The paper will use the concepts of organizational behaviour to critically analyze and evaluate the capacity of this advertising firm to improve the performance and quality of working life of its participants. It will also explain, illustrate and justify a case for the inter-relatedness between organizational behavioural issues and how they inter-relate in a dynamic way and thereby shape the nature of this organization.
