Unconditional Love and Leadership

The leader of a team has to keep themselves untouched by bias and anger. That is where unconditional love comes in.
As a person heading a team of employees, you are bound to come across behaviors, choices, or mannerisms that might not be ideal in your book. That is because the diversity of ideas in a team of more than a few people ends up in conflicting opinions. In spite of this, the leader of a team has to keep themselves untouched by bias and anger. That is where unconditional love comes in.
If you love people without adding any conditions that they have to follow in order to earn your liking- they become much more comfortable in the work environment and are able to perform better. On the other hand, if an employee knows that their boss has anger issues, they will always stay in fear and may even produce lesser quality work because of the stress. That is why, you need to make sure that you communicate to your team that it’s okay to make mistakes sometimes and they will be loved and appreciated anyway.
When you learn to appreciate people in their sub-ideal times, they will be more open to listening to you and following your lead without any fear of retribution or grave consequences. By incorporating unconditional love into your leadership practices, you will see exceptional results in the productivity, satisfaction, and zeal of your entire team- and they will approach the same tasks with a newfound sense of responsibility. Unconditional love is the answer!
