Being a business leader or entrepreneur is like being an athlete. The question is what game are you playing?

Are you going for the gold in the Olympics where the stakes are high and you want to give it all you have? Or are you simply looking for a vehicle for personal growth and to experiment, have fun and maybe make some money on the side like playing in a recreational sports league?

There’s no right answer and there is the right coach for the game you are playing. You just need to ask yourself what you’re really after.

Typically, energy coaches or spiritual coaches may be associated with Astrology, Reiki healings, Akashic Record readings, Human Design readings, learning astral travel, receiving initiations, or other various esoteric trainings.

However, a business energy coach is more concrete in focusing on accelerated growth towards personal fulfillment, global enlightenment, and living out your purpose in the biggest way possible through business. You know mindset is everything and want to better optimize your energy as a leader and in your personal habits.

While high performance or mindset coaching may or may not address your soul’s fulfillment, a business energy coach ensures you are holistically integrating the mind, body, heart, and spirit in your personal daily habits and as a leader to uplevel your results in life to reflect your fullest potential. The intention is to enjoy the journey that produces a tangible result–rather than get too destination or goal focused–while fulfilling on more aliveness and vitality.

A Business energy coach will help you map out where you currently are energetically against your fullest potential, cut through to the root cause of that state, then determine what are your best next actions to take in the least amount of time that naturally follows your flow.

They understand a plan, while useful, often can’t foresee the unexpected so there’s a dance between creating milestones of success and allowing enough flexibility for the universe to play a part. With renewed commitment to a future that calls you, it’s easier to create certainty and become clear on your next step to take that will reveal future steps.
