Things We Can Control

At some stages we feel that we can control everything or at least we do try to do so! But the fact is, we can’t control everything.
There are so many things that we can control and other things that we lose control over. So today, let’s indicate some of the things that we can really control in our lives:
- The things we have and that we are grateful for.
- How to spend your free time.
- Getting adequate sleep.
- Being in the present moment or being in the NOW.
- Talking about your feelings.
- Asking for help when needed.
- Being in the Nature and spending time out there.
- Being kind to yourself and loving yourself.
- Loving others, treating them with respect and caring for them.
- The efforts you put in anything.
- Learning from your mistakes.
- How do you respond to challenges.
- How do you contribute to your family.
- Celebrating little wins.
- How often you say, “Thank You”.
- Your mindset, your attitude and behavior.
- Setting outcomes and working your way to conquer them.
- Taking mindful breaths when needed.
- Doing your best to attempt new things in life.
- Appreciating yourself and reminding yourself that you are ENOUGH.
- Seeking the Good in any situation and focusing on the learning from that situation.
