Unorthodox creativity and cognitive flexibility are solutions to rigidity. Learn new skills or play a musical instrument for optimism.
The use of different methodologies in rigid problem identification enhances optimism such as self confidence and an introduction to new stimuli to promote flexibility.
WHAT CAN COACHING DO TO HELP WITH RIGID PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION?
My coaching programs are designed to build confidence that we often did not know were missing. Confidence is building on critical thinking observing and predicting opportunities and outcomes. Additionally, inference or drawing conclusions of patterns, analysis of data and effective communication are also new cognitive thinking patterns to increase problem identification. When life is out of balance it is difficult not to have rigid thinking. In this new era, we include virtual 1-1 sessions to increase cognitive flexibility, optimism and unorthodox creativity.
Often times when our judgment is clouded our mental health suffers as well and adding a life coach along with a therapist can help declutter and redefine our life. New strageties for problems or new coping strategies are all starter solutions. Redefining can be intensive and revolutionary or simplistic chains of change. Starter points. We provide the tools but a client must commit to each program for positive success rates. We equip our clients with simplistic solutions for a more fulfilled life by building a solid client-coach relationship, eliminating rigidity in problem identification and goal setting. The goal for each client is to introduce new stimuli by our ICDC methodology. Identify, Create, Dominate and Collaborate this framework removes rigidity, increases optimism and positive cash flow for each client. Fear of failure also a barrier to rigidity we cover in the first half of any program to increase cognition eradicate worry and walk in purpose.
