When we enter into a relationship, be it work, family, partner, oftentimes we give up our identity and our self in order to please the other party.
In a relationship all parties involved should contribute in every way they can.
ln work situations, leaders often times tend to micro manage and to not give the subordinates the chance they need to grow. and develop.
In some culture, when a person marries into a family, means marrying the whole family and cannot function as an individual.
Two people get married with much expectation. Often they gets lost along the way. Instead of two becoming one. they drift apart, sometimes very quickly; sometimes after many years of married bliss. Some partners are very controlling and possessive. not allowing the other to grow and develop. The reasons are many but what is obvious, the commitment needed is missing and this leads to a very unhealthy relationship.
