TICK AND STICK TO BETTER HEALTH

Imagine if we had a society who had a tick list for internal health, right beside our 5 a day for nutrition and our exercise programmes.
If you still arn’t getting results with your health and fitness goals then its the internal motivations that you need to explore. You may be someone who is lucky enough to have a sense of your own self awareness, but a lot of people are simply not taught or have been exposed to thinking bigger. Sadly some peoples thinking and brain development can not extend past survival due to what may be happening in their lives.Where is a good place to start when you need to look at your motivations?
And by motivations I mean what drives you to do what you do? Although not all motivations are positive to good health it pays to keep your eye on the positive as opposed to the negative. Keep looking at what you are instead of what you are not. You may need some professional help with this as this is easier said than done without some simple strategies.
Create some goals to encourage internal health. Make your own ‘tick list’ and place it somewhere where you need to read it daily….
Here is some suggestions which are a good place to start:
1)Say no when you know you need to. (‘Get yourself a backbone!’)
2)Have open honest discussions.
3)Stay disciplined
4)Achieve some small thing every day!.
5)Learn something about YOU, from the person who has just irritated you!
6)Find what you are passionate about.
Imagine the impact on society if we all took a little bit more responsibility for our thoughts which directly affect our health. Self responsibility however is only for those who have courage. My health and wellness programmes are a unique blend of experience and qualifications and are designed to take you from strength to strength. Whether its working from the inside out – or the outside in. Both roads lead to better health.
