Extreme stress for an extended period of time may become anxiety or even depression. It is important to learn how to deal with stress before it takes hold of your mind and body. It is our thoughts that create the stress we feel. It is our interpretation of the situation that creates our feelings and behavior. Stress needs to be dealt on all 3 levels; psychological, physical and spiritual. I teach people how to create balanced thoughts from their initial negative thought pattern, relaxation, better self-esteem, exploring spirituality.
