Personal Growth Providing Positive Energy and Transition

Learning and personal growth are very important with your life and career.
I am a person who loves to learn. I want to read more about how I can be a better coach, leader, and better myself too. Why? Because humans generally love to learn more, keep up with what is new, and build our strengths for home and career.
I am a reader and I love to do use books as my way of learning and building my skills. There are many out there, so I do my homework to ensure I have great books to learn and improve myself and my skills with. I encourage everyone to be always open to any kind of learning. It can help you lead a happier life, get a promotion, or find the confidence to take the plunge into a new career. If you want a cost-effective way to build skills or keep up with the times, then reading is a great resource. You don’t even have to buy the books…you can go to your local library (may now also have online borrowing) for free! Who does not love free!
Another way I love to learn is by taking a course or seminar to gain further knowledge, so I can support my clients and employees with the best coaching I can give them. Not keeping updated or constantly learning will leave me behind. Again, you don’t have to have a lot of money in order to build knowledge by taking a single course or seminar. Check out your company’s policy to see if they will pay for courses or seminars that would work to enhance your position or prepare you for the next promotion. Never be afraid to ask or dig into this. What is the worse thing that can happen? They tell you there is no coverage for this. This is a decision for you then to decide if the course or seminar will be worth the money out of your pocket to build your skillset. Most times it is. When looking into courses be sure to check out who offers it and ensure they are a valid education institution, or a supported company (ie one that offers professional development credits).
Another way to learn is from others is having someone teach you on the job, show you how to ski in winter, etc is a great way to learn. Get the experts to show you how to do what you want to learn. There is no time like now to cross something off your bucket list. Learn how and you can do it! Always make sure that whatever you decide to do is within your financial and health scope.
Learning and personal growth is in our bones as humans. If you feel stuck, try one of these ideas above (books, courses, seminars, learn from others) to see how you can learn something new today!
Happy learning everyone!
