How can we stop procrastinating?

Procrastination remains your worst enemy when it comes to your goals. Let us win this battle without a fight.
I think we can all agree that procrastination is inevitable at some point.
Magically, it only shows up when you have things that need to get done. You do not procrastinate when you are chilling in your backyard with absolutely nothing to do. It comes when you have something to do in your schedule. It could be going to the gym or deciding on your future career.
There are many reasons for your procrastination, e.g. fear of failure, past experiences, too many ideas, etc. Let us assume that we know the reasons, but what is the next step? The reasons will not bring you results if you do not put them into action.
So again, how can we stop procrastinating?
First and foremost, DO IT: if you want something you do not have yet, you have to do things (differently).
0+0=0 That’s simple math. If you want to see something other than 0, you have to add numbers.
Second, focus on your path, not your obstacles. This is how you will keep moving forward. If you focus on the obstacles, you will either collide with them or get lost.
Last but not least, have a solid motivation to spur you on. If there is no excitement, there will be no action.
Oh, I forgot to add this. Ask for help when you need it. This does not mean that you are weak. It means you are wise. You are not alone. You never were.
