IF YOU DIDN'T ACHIEVE RESULTS IN 2021, YOU MAY NEED TO RE-PRIORITIZE YOUR FOCUS

If you didn't get the results you wanted in 2021, in this article I recommend 3 questions to ask yourself to re-prioritize your focus.
I get it. 2021 was tough. Just as in 2020, many people across the world either lost their jobs, or had their businesses closed.
If you’re one of the fortunate ones to still have a career or business, then congratulations for finding a way to survive the chaos out there.
However, even if you have a job or business, you may not have achieved the results that you would have liked in 2021. If this sounds like you, then perhaps it’s time to re-prioritize your focus for 2022.
Sometimes, when we don’t achieve the results we want, it’s less about the external circumstances affecting us than it is about us having to re-think our focus.
Ask yourself the following questions to re-prioritize your focus:
1. Am I still clear about what I want to achieve?
2. Do I have the right skills to get me where I want to be?
3. Are there hidden insecurities, self-doubts or limiting beliefs that held me back in 2021 that I need to address?
These questions will help you to determine where you need to invest your energy and focus, so that you focus on the right things.
If you’re struggling to find answers to the above questions, contact me directly, and I’ll gift you a 30-45 minute coaching call where I’ll help you:
- Get clear on what you want to achieve
- Uncover insecurities, self-doubt or limiting beliefs that could cost you results in 2022
- Create a plan to get what you want out of your career or business in 2022
Have a great day.
