Did you fall into your current career?Do you want to make better use of your skills?Do you need new challenges at work?
Did you fall into your current career? Your current career developed through a number of (perhaps random) twists and turns and wasn’t necessarily something you applied conscious decision-making tool. You now feel you want to do something more suited to you.
Do you want to make better use of your skills? Your current career doesn’t make the most of what you can offer. You know you can do better and go further in a different field.
Do you need new challenges at work? Perhaps you’ve reached a dead-end. Perhaps you need a steeper learning curve in order to feel fulfilled.
Did your old career don’t suit your changing circumstances? You’ve had a baby. You’ve moved to a different part of the country and, thus, a new local labour market. You’ve won the lottery and now want to do something for love rather than money. There could be 101 different reasons….
Do you suit the changing circumstances of your career? The future of your industry looks bleak. Your company has restructured and it doesn’t suit you. Personnel changes have affected how you feel about your job etc…
Do you need a bigger earning potential because at the end of the month, your income does not even cover the monthly costs.
You’ve always ‘had a dream’ and now’s the time to live it. You’ve spent the last 25 years harbouring a dream to be a wildlife photographer/inventor/ astronaut. It’s now or never.
So ask yourself all these important questions: “what do I really want to be doing in 5 year’s time?” And be realistic about what you may need to do in order to get there.
Majority of successful people started their journey toward their current successful career or business like everybody else and they faced the same challenges like the majority of people who are on the same boat in regards to career or business changes. However, despite all the challenges and obstacles they faced (or still face) they are still successful and motivated to continue in their path even though another person with the same or close idea, can not even start going down that career path. So, what is a successful person doing differently ?
As a successful entrepreneur, I have also faced many and almost the same challenges and failures that the majority of people face and unfortunately, they can not get through. However, I am a living proof that you can overcome all these obstacles and that they are there to train you and make you stronger and more experienced.
I started my journey as an entrepreneur when I was only 20 year old with no money and no experience. However, with a strong motivation to reach my goals no matter what obstacles I may face in my path, I was ready to work really hard and overcome anything that might slow me down or stop me in reaching my goals. And finally, when I reached my set goals, I had already planned my new ones and had started working toward them.
In these life journeys, I like everybody else, faced failures which definitely sucked the life out of me but life has taught me that nothing comes easy. However, they did not stop me from dreaming and moving forward. I fell and got up again and again like any other successful person.
The main thing that I learned through my journey is the fact that I have gained tremendous experience and have learned that if you fail at your business or your career, don’t just walk away. First try to see where the problem lies through seeing advice from a professional, regroup, and find new ways to improve the situation. By going through these simple steps, you have already moved toward the solution and in your mind, you will feel stronger and more capable.
For example, in my previous career, when I had reached my business goals and decided to sell my business. I also decided to make a major career change. As a result, as a first step, I spoke to the right professionals and while I was trying to figure which path to take, I realized that I can do better in reaching my goals if I love and enjoy my career because passion is a driving force to reach your life goals no matter what those goals are.
Here now I am ready and eager to sit with you and talk about your goals and life passions and help you build a path toward those goals.
