YOU SHOULD CHEAT On Your Diet to INCREASE Results

Many of us have trouble sticking to diets. We start off doing well and then something always seems to happen that causes us to fall off track.

Many of us have trouble sticking to diets. We start off doing well and then something always seems to happen that causes us to fall off track. So what is the best diet? Which diet works the fastest? Do diets even work? These are just a few questions that have being bothering many of us for years.I’m a firm believer that if you’re on a diet that you know your not going to stick to, then you should stop it ASAP.

What you should do is make a total lifestyle change that includes cheating. Yes, that’s right, cheating. Let me explain. No matter who you are, what your size is, or what type of genes you have, there are certain foods that should not be consumed on a regular basis. However, it is okay to mix these foods into a balanced diet every once in a while. I call it my cheat meals. For example, I love French fries, pizza, and chicken wings, not all together, but that may not be bad either. Seriously, I know I can’t eat these foods all the time and still be in any type of shape other than a circle.

So I sat down and tried to figure out how I could have my cake and eat it too, and the only solution was to cheat. I would eat really healthy during the week and cheat on the weekends. My weekday meals would be well-balanced and I limited my sugar intake to an absolute minimum. This was really hard because I love sugar.

The surprising thing about using my weekends for cheating is that it’s made me enjoy my fries, pizza and wings even more. Like I stated earlier, I’m not eating these foods at the same time. I’ll choose one of them and incorporate it in with healthy foods. For instance, I may choose to eat pizza on my cheat day but it’ll be with a salad, instead of the usual cheese sticks. As for my beloved fries, they’re great beside a grilled chicken breast. So even though I get to cheat, I don’t get carried away.
