Physically fitness and Mental Fitness
If you’re not physically fit, you’d feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill.
If you’re not mentally fit, you’d feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, as you handle work and relationship challenges.
Recent events such as the novel coronavirus, disruption in financial markets, social unrest, and political changes have overstretched you.
You need a new upgrade in your mental operating system not just to survive but thrive in these tumultuous times.
PQ ( your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It’s the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.
Mental fitness increases happiness, satisfaction, and joy-filled life. It leads to a quicker recovery when you are thrown off balance.
Negativity is diminished, which leads to greater productivity, performance, and joy! It takes practice; mental fitness practice empowers a shift to positivity.
Positive Intelligence is the science and practice of developing mastery over your mind to make your highest contribution in the world.
I have been training and studying with Shirzad Chamine. He is the founder and CEO of Positive Intelligence Inc.
If you aren’t familiar with Shirzad, he’s the New York Times best-selling book Positive Intelligence and a Stanford lecturer. He has taken his breakthrough research in neuroscience and the data he’s collected from over 500,000 people to create a 6-week program that helps people rewire their brains for more happiness and success.
Every individual has a “judge” ( inner critic). You know the voice in your head that speaks of being unworthy, not good enough, or undeserving.
The judge is supported by a cast of nine characters, saboteurs, who differ from each person. Each saboteur has a unique MO and reinforces the voice of the judge.
Mental Fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive mindset rather than a negative mindset.
The impact is:
Peak Performances
Peace of mind/wellness
Healthy Relationships
