How does your identity affect your health?

What is your identity? If I asked your best friend, your partner/spouse who you are summed up in a few words how would they describe you?
Examples: “I am a hiker” “I am strong” “I am athletic” “I am lazy” “I am a gammer” I am weak" “I am clumsy”
What identity do you WANT? Are you behaving and have the habits of that identity? Are you conflicted in what you want and what you do? Are you torn between two identities, wanting one thing but doing another? We can’t hold two conflicting beliefs or we end up stuck and maintaining our base line of what we know (easy path, the subconscious one).
First step is awareness: “I am not acting in the way I want to be perceived”
Second step: Seek help, and have a safe space and time to explore (coaching call)
Third step: Get into action, from the plan outlined in a coaching session
Forth step: Reflect, adjust, learn, discover, create new goals, and plans
