Self-doubt is still there after dozens of books, hundreds of hours of podcasts, online courses, etc.? You may be missing this vital part.

Three years ago, I was a self-improvement consumerist. I read/listened/watched everything I could get my hands on.
But I didn’t feel like there was a significant change. Yes, I felt like my self-doubt and anxiety started to diminish. But the pace of change was painfully slow.
Then two things happened. One: I started to IMPLEMENT the principles I’ve learned consistently. Two: I’ve got coaching support to help me with clarity where to focus and hold me accountable for not being stuck in “theory”.
Results? In one year got a promotion at work, completed challenging accreditation by ICF as a coach, started my own coaching business, tripled my prices in the first four months, and quit my job.
More importantly, I am a much more peaceful person with healthy self-esteem, belief in my abilities, and trust that the future will bring the best.
Reading a book about golf and playing it once doesn’t make one golfer.
Playing golf again and again does.
Reading a book about confidence and success and doing one step doesn’t make one confident and successful.
WORKING the principles again and again does.
Don’t get me wrong: knowledge and enough clarity are crucial.
But useless without putting them to work. Repeatedly.
There are three key pillars of any growth, including your inner work, crucial for SUSTAINABLE results.
> Clarity (Knowlege, Understanding)
> Implementation (Action, Change)
> Amplification (Reflection, Iteration )
If you miss enough clarity, your implementation will be off the mark. (note the ENOUGH part, waiting for 100% Clarity is another pitfall, but that’s another story)
If you miss Implementation – your clarity will be useless, and there will be nothing to amplify.
If you miss Amplification, you risk setbacks, and your results may not come or slip away.
Warmly,
Lena
