Post Covid-19 nobody knows how things are going to be or if it will be business as usual.
While governments are rolling out economic packages, more healthcare focus and managing the fiscal deficits, suddenly everyone has a lot of insights, but is the damage done?

Maybe it is a great opportunity for all of us to retrospect, how dependency on one or two nations for day-to-day activities or economic energy to the exclusion of others can create havoc. Does this happen to us at the workplace too? Few big customers, vendors, products, services, technologies, a handful of CXOs and last but not the least, indispensable resources.
So how does one reduce dependency on a few? An old adage, “too many eggs in one basket” is often forgotten and therefore risk is not mitigated. Many companies announced increased work from home options. Why did these companies never experiment or enable ‘working from home’ as a matter of risk mitigation or cost reduction earlier? The trigger and urgency seems to be a small, unseen virus. So, WHO decides?
