Actually, everybody.
A coachee is able to identify their inner voices, feelings and challenges that enable them to evolve into a complete person.
Actually, anybody can be a Coachee.
Each person has been conditioned differently. Every person’s thoughts come from their subconscious mind which has been programmed in a particular way in their developing years
Nearly everyone has one or more aspects of their life that they may want to be better at. It could be driven by their inner feelings of not being able to cope up with some situations, wanting to be better in some others, changing something that is personally close for the better, and numerous other reasons.
In a business, every organization has its own purpose that is larger in perspective. Leaders have the daunting task to scale their business, transform and manage change.
Leaders of these organizations are continuously faced with the daunting task to drive their teams towards the pre-planned objectives. Along the way, leaders have to tackle relationships, prioritize actions, manage sales, profits, ROI, etc. They have to continuously evolve the Mission & Vision of their organizations and drive everyone together to achieving their purpose.
Leaders have to be emphatic, charismatic, value driven and a lot more. They are looked up to have solutions for every situation and the continuous pressure to drive all employees to deliver.
They need a coach who will help with:
1. Unlocking organizational potential
2. Change of perception
3. Seeing their blind spot
4. Exposing new knowledge, trainings
5. Navigating challenges
In a coaching session, a coachee is able to identify some of their inner voices, feelings and challenges that are preventing them in achieving better performance. In coaching, it is believed that the coachee is the person best aware of their circumstances, and all the solutions or possible options will lie with them.
One important aspect of a coachee is that they should be committed, willing to hold themselves responsible and are ultimately accountable for their actions.
