Everyone wants to have Abundance in Life. But anything worthwhile takes some work. Read this article to see how you can have Abundance in Life!
The Simple Key to Abundance in Life
A man of some influence, Malcolm S. Forbes once said, “The biggest mistake people make in life is not making a living at doing what they most enjoy.” You know what, he’s right. If you are looking to enjoy a life of abundance, start with the things you must do, like work. The reality is that it is the fundamental choices about our lives that have that biggest impact on our overall well-being. The feeling of waking up knowing that you will be doing a task that you prefer is one simple key that could make all the difference. Find abundance in your everyday life, like your work, and it will never be far from you mind.
Sounding out My Abundance
The lifestyle of abundance starts by recognizing that we all have abundance in our lives. Can you see it? When you do (and you will!) remember to sound it out. Verbally announce your abundance and its reality will become even more apparent. Acknowledge that there is joy in your life. Revel in the little sweetnesses that your life offers and you will find that you are swimming in the lap of abundance. It is almost like sounding out your happiness multiplies it for you and those around you. Say it with me, “I will sound out my abundance!”
Where is My Abundance?
I get asked “Where is my abundance?” by people all the time. It can be hard to see when there is hardship standing in the way, but trust me – your abundance in life is there, waiting for you. Almost anyone can find abundance in their life. The things we take joy in and the things that make us rise to the occasion may not feel abundant, but they are the doorways to abundance. Take my old friend Susan as an example. Last year her father died and it was not easy for her. I encouraged her to focus on the abundant things in her life and we began making a list.
After writing down a few activities we started to really get to the heart of what fulfills her. After realizing she had abundance in her husband and friends as well as her work, it was not so hard to put her father’s passing into perspective. He had been sick for several months and, at 84, it was taking its toll. Later on, I remember Susan remarking how after the funeral, a sense of peace seemed to hang over her and her family. Even in the passing of a loved one, there is abundance, can you see it?
Tap into the Fountain of Abundance in Your Life
Life is always going to throw curve balls at you. That isn’t going to change. Thankfully, you have a shield to much of the strife… Your abundance! The fulfillment your life brings you at the best of times is the rock that holds you through the worst. Recognize your abundance in life in the times of distress. This is the foundation of abundance you should strive for.
We all have hardships, but that doesn’t mean the hardship has to have us. Embrace the abundance in your life and free yourself from the shackles that stress and struggling cause.
