A little help in choosing a Major

This article is for the young future professionals who are finding hard time choosing the right university major for themselves.
University education, most of the times draws the starting point of their careers. But to tackle the on-going changes in how the world of business is functioning, what do you think is the best major for you?
It’s usually 3 to 4 years down the road until graduating, and starting to look for a job. So we have to keep in mind that new “never heard of jobs” are being created constantly. In an endlessly changing world, positions are being merged, or wiped out completely from the job market. Artificial intelligence and other new systems are taking over positions that existed for decades. As an example, more than 10 years ago, jobs in Social Media and e-commerce immerged and just recently universities started including these majors in their curriculum. And not just as a course, but as a full major.
The demand for old fashioned specializations dropping, and the need for the new / future ones is on the rise. This will always be the situation, especially now, in this vastly changing world we live in.
My point is, try to choose your education to prepare you for jobs of the future. Learn a skill or get a degree that will secure a place for you within the needed minorities. It will help you find a job quickly as you are already competing with less candidates, and companies will be headhunting candidates with your education background.
