Renew your Life and Routine.

Creating new habits and routines will changed the way you're experiencing life.
What is the first thing you think/feel when you first wake up?
Do you feel tired, unrested, thinking I am late or just feeling off…?
If one of those thoughts crosses your mind this morning, it is time to change and created some new habits and healthy routines.
New routines are beneficial because those created new habits then a new way of experience life is in place.
Some of the new routines that you can start practicing are:
1.Get to bed: wake up earlier,
It will keep you refresh for the new day ahead.
2.Eat well:
Lots of fruits and veggies are key, no to diets, keep it simple! if comes in a box don’t eat it.
And drink lots of water.
3.Get connected with people:
Meet new people online that share your same interest in life. humans need connection and belonging, send a text or a quick call to your loved ones to check-in.
4. Enjoy your hobbies:
Hobbies are particularly important for our well-being, just do what makes you happy. It could be yoga, play a video game, watch a movie, dance, listen/play music or write, Writing a journal is a good outlet to purge your emotions and liberated your mind, it’s also fun and you will expand your creativity and vocabulary.
5.Schedule your day:
Make a chore list for the day.
Plan your routine of work or study load.
A good example will be to focus on work for 25 min and take a break or chill for 5min.
6.Change your home environment:
Rearrange furniture, buy new things for your home.
Buy flowers, plants or essential oils different smells will bring you that feeling of peace and calm.
Change rooms or spaces when you are changing activities. Do not eat where you work. We as humans need to send signals to the brain to be more productive and get away from procrastination.
7. give yourself a makeover, it may sound vain, but getting a new haircut or buying a new outfit will bring you some joy. Try to always make changes that renew your life, set small goals start one at a time, setting small goals will help you to achieve more in the long run and keep you away from procrastination, don’t forget to be kind to yourself and celebrate the small victories.
