BE A PART OF YOUR OWN FUTURE

Dont wait for your future to shape you....Take charge and participate in your own life NOW!
You’ve done the diet, you’ve joined the gym, you’ve lost some weight, and 2 months on you find yourself back to old habits. This pattern could emerge in all sorts of areas in your life not just in weight loss. In each of us we have something which we stubbornly hold on to that we know isn’t good for us and would love the chance to change. Some will bother to try and change, some will make it, others will fail, and some wont bother because they will have convinced themselves that ‘its just the way they are’. All are a conscious choice.
For most of us, it is easy to accept that our thought patterns originate from our own internal wiring which is patterned by every single experience ever had. That means our own personal history basically dictates or influences any future decisions. Imagine then if you wish to experience something new? That’s why it can be scary for a lot of people because there is nothing to base this new ideal or dream on. Ideas are simply that, in order to turn ideas to reality you need to be pro active and be a part of your own future. We can not control our own destiny completely but we can certainly be an active participant. Sometimes the past can have a much stronger grip on us than we realise due to same old responses day after day, year after year. So then to change means sometimes you need the courage to not trust your ‘normal’ and habitual responses, but to trust the uncomfortable and unknowen. I call it ‘jumping into the void’. Something I have done quite a lot. As a Wellness Coach I can walk and talk you through strategies, but I should warn you though that my Wellness Coaching is only for those who have the genuine desire to change and to be an active participant. For those whose goal it is to lose weight? if you are up for it, I am happy to back you with group fitness classes and advice should you commit to the coaching module. You won’t get a better offer than that. See my website for more details.
Good questions to ask yourself are:
Are you prepared to feel differently even if it means being uncomfortable?
If you didn’t have whatever your stubborn problem is…how would you feel?
If you have started a process to change and you are not getting the desired results then what do you need to do differently?
