One thing many of us can agree on is that work can sometimes be stressfull.
One thing many of us can agree on is that work can sometimes be stressful.
While some stress can be motivating, other kinds can be a productivity killer.
We’ve all used stress to motivate us to work harder to achieve an incredibly important goal or solve a pressing problem before it gets out of hand.
But the negative stress that accumulates in our daily work and personal lives is what can really take its toll on your company, and your leadership influence.
If you’ve been experiencing burn out in your team or a lack of creative ideas, it may be because they are overwhelmed.
COVID certainly is adding to the stress as many companies move their “Relationship Management,” if not their entire workforce, to an online format.
As a result, we’re hearing about leaders experiencing the symptoms of increased stress every day.
Here are just a few:
High turnover
Dysfunction in a team/organization
Inability to attract the right talent
The need to improve specific aspects of a workplace (pace, communication, etc.)
Gauge the corporate health
Determine communication challenges between departments and create a plan to improve, and increase engagement, productivity, and company morale.
If you are wrestling with any of these – you’re not alone. Most likely, stress is taking its toll.
Now, most of us are able to identify the symptoms of stress, but what if you could identify the actual causes – and then do something about it?
Fortunately, there is a highly effective tool we use to give you and your team the gift of self-understanding about what is stressing everyone out.
Called the Stress Quotient Report, it is a diagnostic tool developed by the brain science folks at TTI SI.
It was designed so that anyone that uses it could increase and improve awareness of problems in their organization.
Once you know what is causing the stress – both good and bad, we can talk about how to fix it.
If we can help – that would be our pleasure.
