Health is a vehicle, not a destination. Learn how to be flexible, live in the moment. To what degree are you conscious of your dietary intake? How are you balancing other lifestyle factors with your nutrition? To understand dietary intake, linked to serotonin, it would be beneficial to shapeshift depending on where you are. Food is family, social gatherings, emotion, balance, and love. So, is the goal to be perfectly healthy through one lifestyle aspect or being aware of your overall wellbeing? Be malleable in your now for a better future. The more we are aligned with who we are and how we represent ourselves and the lifestyle that we are improving on, the more likely we are to achieve the outcome of inner and outer balance.
