Small Steps Lead to the Big Shift

Circumstances may block our paths, but we have the power to transform our lives. Creating actions that attract our ideal outcome.
SMALL STEPS LEAD TO THE BIG SHIFT
This is my 4th Act.
Once we arrive at a certain age, we tend to label our phase as a second or third act.
I once was like that. I don’t feel like I’m at a certain age (ahem) I feel like I’m in a brand new shift. This feeling of clarity only happens when we are actually IN it.
Think about it, when you are in your twenties, you feel like the world is wide open, you see all the glistening new possibilities. You also can feel copious amounts of pressure to fulfill whatever it is that you are supposed to achieve in the universe. Then, you just start the doing. Whatever it is, even if it’s not the thing you feel you are destined to accomplish, you are in the DOING. You are now in the SHIFT.
Picture yourself in your thirties now — you are in your groove, you are feeling yourself, you are ready to make a change to reach the next level, OR you are aware somethings gotta give. You long to make the shift now. This same concept applies to our forties, fifties, and so on. When I was in my twenties I firmly believed when the time was to arrive at this point in my life now, I would be a Mom to kids who are in their late teens, and living in a settled situation. Now that I am here at the actual destination, not so much.
We are constantly evolving, growing and changing. Even when we might feel settled, there is something inside of us wanting more. That’s our soul, forever wanting to grow. I am not settled, I am in the middle of a fruitful shift, growing and transforming. Thank you universe.
What if we feel stuck? At a standstill with ourselves.
We know we need to do something.
The question is: how do the shifts take place? We make them happen, we consciously accomplish small actions. Perfoming daily rituals that PRODUCE the feeling we want to experience as the result of the shifts we desire.
Example:
clarity and happiness = meditation ( small action)
My rituals are meditations and listening to my favourite podcast. I also keep a gratefulness journal, just to name a few. Before I began these rituals, I honestly felt that I didn’t have the time, and had way too much going on in the brain…but, once I cemented these little actions as part of my daily routine, they became my invisible anchors and it put me IN the shift.
Now my latest ritual is writing. These small shifts are leading to my big one. It can feel like the rocketship has launched (huge sci fi fan), and away we go.
WHAT YOU FOCUS ON BECOMES THE FOCUS. STAY FOCUSED.
The small actions you will commit to is an exercise for you to let go of your limiting perceptions and open your mind to your big shift.
I’m so enjoying this shift in my life. I have been patiently waiting for it, But, it actually happened because I stopped waiting. So, go ahead, whether you are 25, or 55, think about how you want to feel when your ideal outcome becomes your reality. Then, think of an action that will give you THAT feeling.
Go for it, start small. No more waiting. Enjoy every minute of it!
