Leadership is the art of constant self-improvement. Leaders who display life-long curiosity and work to satisfy it are best able to adapt their response to different circumstances and seize the moment.
Learning to improve our leadership skills requires us to step out of our comfort zone and we will likely make mistakes in the process of doing so. Creating ‘safe moments of learning’ provides invaluable ‘practice’ to increase confidence and later shine in high stakes situations.
Lastly, we often learn the most when we teach others. Embrace the opportunity to inspire others with what you have learned.
