How Limiting Beliefs Work

"I am not made for this", " I am not good enough"
Ever heard yourself or anyone saying that?
These are called limiting beliefs.
“I can’t do this”, " I am not good enough", “I don’t have enough money”
Ever heard yourself or anyone saying that?
We have all been there right?
These my friends are called limiting beliefs, the decisions that we have made and hold true..
Lets crush all those limiting beliefs that have been stopping us to reach our full potential and become empowered..
This is how limiting beliefs make you believe:
Rationalization- convinces you that it’s logical to think this way (this is how world works)
Reward— makes you feel good or “safe” about choosing it. Eg we are doing this for our children,
Paranoia- convinces you not to believe people who are trying to help you (what do they know about me? But it’s against my values)
Projection— where it makes you think that the negative is actually a positive (a chauvinist think he is protecting people or the women in the family, people will make fun of me if I do that)
Rejection— you reject new ideas and want to remain in the familiar comfortable place (it might work for others but won’t for me)
Justification— starting to argue about their belief to protect them (I cannot change because this is what I am)
Anything we perceive as pain we move away from it, anything that makes us feel safe, protected or gives us pleasure, we adopt it.
Every belief started as one being supportive of you.. YOU have to see where it is limiting you in your life.
