If you’re familiar with American entrepreneur Tim Ferriss or writer Brian Koppelman, you might already have experienced the magic of Morning Pages. Maybe they helped you start or grow your small business. Maybe they helped you finally turn that tiny spark of an idea into a novel or a script.
If you’re not familiar with Morning Pages, they’re the wonderful brainchild of Julia Cameron, whose book “The Artist’s Way” has been credited for unblocking countless creatives. The idea is that you fill three pages each morning with stream of consciousness writing. By doing so, the task of facing an empty page (or canvas, etc.) becomes less daunting. Your inner critic becomes easier to ignore. Solutions to problems present themselves with clarity and simplicity. Like magic, the Morning Pages transform the quality and quantity of your work.
