WHO AM I?
Most of us have an INTUITION of our own GREATNESS. We know that there is a PURPOSE to our lives. So WHY isn’t our greatness BEING realized?
First of all, GREATNESS is not a destination, it’s a MINDSET.
I am GREAT…YOU are GREAT…The WORLD is GREAT.
These are all TRUE.
Second, there’s a CONNECTION between Me, You and the World.
We’re on the same PLANET, we’re traveling in the same DIRECTION…
Others and the world can AFFECT me. My ACTIONS can affect everything else.
That means if I FEEL the world is going the wrong way, I have to CHANGE my direction.
If I think I’m GOING the wrong way, I have to follow the world ALONG it’s path.
And third, take it EASY: one thing at a time. The WORLD is a big place. Others are SET in their ways. It’s hard to make BIG changes.
HOW can we INFLUENCE our lives for the BETTER?
Close your EYES.
Feel the BREATH coming into your body.
Let your SHOULDERS sink down to where they belong.
Feel your STOMACH expand with the in breath.
Feel your torso ROCK slowly up and back as you breathe COMFORTABLE full breaths into your ABDOMEN.
CONTINUE breathing as you ASK yourself, “Where is my greatness?”
What does your BODY say?…
Are you DIRECTED to a pain in your body?…
Are you criticized for YOUR foolish question?…
Are you satisfied with the ANSWER you get?
KEEP BREATHING.
CONCENTRATE on the tip of your nose.
Can you feel the air GENTLY brushing your nostrils?
Where does it GO after that?
How does the air TRAVEL down to your lungs?
Are you having trouble feeling the AIR on your nose?
Is breathing through your NOSE a problem?
That’s fine.
Place your HANDS gently over your belly.
PATIENTLY follow your in-breath as your stomach SWELLS and sinks.
Ask yourself again, “Where is my GREATNESS?”
Was there any CHANGE in the response from your body?
KEEP BREATHING.
Repeat these 3 sentences. PAUSE between each and LISTEN to your THOUGHTS.
1. I AM a PROBLEM.
2. I HAVE a PROBLEM.
3. I am on a LEARNING journey and I am CAPABLE, RESOURCEFUL, and full of POTENTIAL.
Did you thoughts CHANGE?
Ask yourself AGAIN, where is my GREATNESS?
How do you FEEL?
Keep breathing. The GREATNESS is already there WITHIN you.
