A Balancing Act

Life is fluid, always changing, it’s your responsibility to learn how to manage your time and energy
Our lives are composed in a beautiful way, combining all threads together on a daily basis. For me it’s like a choreography, we need to learn the moves, so we can dance our way through life. It takes a moment to learn the moves, the best order, the positions, directions and many more, to succeed creating a worth your while choreographed show
The same is with life, we need stability as flexibility on a daily basis. Our time is precious and holds a limit – only 24 hours in a day, when at least 6 hours we sleep. So, how can we manage to balance all areas of life on a daily basis? I know I’m learning new ways all the times, discerning my priorities to keep myself satisfied with my daily life, as making sure I’m managing to experience it all.
The only catch here is your priorities, and how much do you care for what you want in your life. That’s why it’s solely on you honey, you’re the chief of your own tribe – inside out. You simply need to ask yourself a few questions like; what is more important for me right now? Do I need to neutralise myself to get a decision (aka – too emotional, over analysing….) ? Is it aligned with my best and highest ways, as for everyone else? – feel free to add your own questions, these are only an example of some of the questions you can ask yourself to find your answers
When you know your priorities, you can make better, wiser decisions. The real problem usually begins when you take too much on your plate, or when life’s demands get heavier. With the first it’s your responsibility to make sure you only take on what you can deal with. The sooner you’ll teach yourself to do so, the sucker your life will unfold in the ways you desire. It might look or feel as if things aren’t moving, yet they always do. If the second is your problem, it’s a call for a resilient practice; enhancing your capacity with life. Usually in those times, you’ll get a break from now area in your life, in order to sort out all you need in the areas you’re struggling with.
Some people say you only get to experience 3 life domains, out of the 5 we all have (personal, friends, family, professional, hobbies), I’ve been living as working with so many people living all five domains in such incredible ways, I’ve been amazed in times. I do know you sometimes need to be more present in one domain, than the other. Life is fluid, always changing, it’s your responsibility to learn how to manage your time and energy
As you can see, we went through some of balancing life aspects, with one main understanding; most times it’s about your ability to manage your resources. It’s your time, your energy and your life, who else can do it all for you? self regulation is a part of self mastery, the kind of life that allows you to experience a gentle balance with all domains. A true easeful flow of success, on a daily basis.There’re many ways to learn how to balance between your life domains, between your quality time with your family, as your devoted success with your business. I live for the sake of harmony and balance. it’s a daily commitment for me, as I practice on a daily basis and always keep my coaching sessions in line.
