Mindset & mental health are connected: find out how

If you don’t know exactly what you want in life, how to reach your goals or have mental wellness issues, it’s not easy to deal with these emotions.
If you don’t know exactly what you want in life, don’t know how to reach your goals or have mental wellness issues, it’s not easy to deal with the emotions you feel. Not knowing what you want in life and mental health wellness can look the same. Having the right mindset and mental health wellness issues have many faces. Maybe you need or want to work on your goals and get things done but you don’t know what to do or how to do it. You can wake up and feel worried, confused, anxious, unmotivated, tired or hopeless. This can change the way you feel about yourself, people and life. There is hope. Things can improve. Things can be different. You can become more self-aware, understand your mindset and mental wellness skills and use it to change your life.There are 3 main ways to have a better mindset or deal with mental wellness:
1. Learn more about yourself and your goals
2. Find necessary and useful information – have a plan of action
3. Use this information for short and long-term goals
1- Know yourself better: When you know yourself, this is called self-awareness. You become aware of what you want, what issues are blocking you or what to do about it.
Private self-awareness: This is when you’re aware of who you are on a personal level. This is what you see in the mirror – how you feel or act on this level
Public self-awareness: This is when you’re aware of how you look to other people. This could be at public events, crowds, concerts and other places
2 – Get information about mindset or mental wellness: There is a lot of information everywhere! Sometimes, you might be on information overload. With coaching, you can learn to prioritize what’s important to you and how a coach can help
3 – Use it or lose it: mindset or mental wellness: Just knowing about mindset and mental wellness skills isn’t enough. In life, school, work, relationships, you need to use what you learned to get the results you want. Learn and use the information. This is the only way to get to point A to point B.
