Energy Leadership Index or ELI
What do you think about when you hear the term “leadership”?
Most people often think of CEOs, managers, elected officials or influential people.
But, does becoming a leader requires a specific job title?
Isn’t it true that we are all leaders in own lives?
In theory, no matter who we are or what we do, we have the opportunity to lead our lives and influence people. We are all leaders either by choice or default.
Everyday leaders are parents, partners, teachers, nurses, caregivers, consultants, athletes…the list goes on and on.
Now, the question is how skillfully are we able to lead our own everyday lives?
This is actually where the power of Energy Leadership lies because each of us has the power to positively influence and change not only ourselves but also those with whom we interact with. Each of us has the power to identify and shift our own energies to better serve our clients, our loved ones, and everyone else we interact with. That means, we have the ability to lead right from where we are. And the good news is that it could be evaluated by Energy Leadership Index Assessment.
Energy Leadership Index Assessment is an attitude assessment, similar to a behavioral. This assessment measures our normal go-to attitude and energy when things arise in our life. So, it sort of tells us where we operate from energy-wise on a daily basis. We become aware of where we are which gives us an insight into where we would like to be and a direction to get there.
The assessment takes about 25 minutes followed by an hour to an hour and a half debrief. The purpose of the debrief is to go through the findings and get clarity and become aware of the levels of energy in our lives.
