Continue looking for a potential partner online and go on virtual dates. They may not be as great as the real ones. But they have many advantages.
There is no need to lose precious time while we’re all isolated. You can’t see people in real life, but that doesn’t mean you can’t go on dates.
I recommend you continue looking for a potential partner online and go on virtual dates. They may not be as great as the real ones. But they also have its’ advantages.
You will be less stressed and worried about your appearance. You can always end the date without feeling awkward. And, if you like someone, you have the chance to get to know them well before you could actually meet.
So here are the seven online date ideas that are easy to show up to, and have the potential to bring you lots of joy.
1. Attend an online gallery. This is my personal favourite. For instance, the Louvre offers virtual tours. That could be an amazing date! You can share your favourite art, or explore something new together. Discuss and share opinions. Learn more about art and plenty about each other.
2. Have dinner through a webcam. Why not set for a nice dinner together, even cook the same meal and have the same drink. You can toast through the webcam and share your tasting experience. It is also a good time to ask each other some important questions, such as what are his dreams? How does he see himself in 5, 10 years from now? What does he value most in life, etc.?
3. Take an online course together. There are plenty of offers, even free ones. So, if you’re both passionate about, let’s say, writing or cooking, check out Masterclass.com. Oxfordhomestdy.com offers free classes on an array of topics from interior design to business management.
4. If you’re not in the mood for something fancy, simply watch a concert or a movie together. Netflix allows you to share screens. You can also discuss it afterwards and share what you think of it.
5. If you want a date full of fun, you can visit a zoo! Lots of them are now open for online visits.
6. If you want something even more adventurous and bonding, travel together. I don’t mean break the quarantine. Travel online! Many ladnmarks around the world such as the Grand Canyon, or an Eiffel tower, are open for online visits. How exciting! Experiences like that can really make the two of you bond.
7. If you want a more intimate experience, read a book together. Choose a classic you both want to read. Something that has a deep and meaningful story. Take turns and read it out loud to each other through a webcam or voice messages. This is a great way to show you’re invested and see if your partner is willing to take a step closer.
