What inspired you to become a business coach
Throughout, my career I have always taken the approach of making things better than the way I found them. While, I’ve been successful in finance, operations and marketing from my prior occupations, being a business coach allows me to apply that expertise with clients I like and with whom I can make a difference. What inspires me about business coaching is that it allows me to add value to people’s lives using my experiences and tools from my varied background. I was inspired to become a coach because I’ve always mentored and taught colleagues and clients as an integral part of my job responsibilities and now I chose to make it my primary focus.
