I coach because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel restless and ready for more, yet unsure where to start. I've had the successful corporate life, faced redundancy, switch sectors and developed side-hustles. That’s why my approach is practical, energising, and deeply human. No jargon. Just powerful questions, honest conversations, and tools that actually help.

For me personally now, as a multi-passionate, I keep busy with my coaching, facilitating, training and as an artist making art and surface pattern designs. I'm always in a growth mindset too, learning new techniques and developing my coaching by continuing my professional development.
