I've greatly enjoyed my talks with Jenny. For the past 33 years of my life, I have been focusing on hiding my true self while trying hard to present myself as what others expect me to be. One hour into our first session, she was able to identify the cause. And with the tracking sheet she provided me each week, I am able to focus on my weekly goal while working towards my big picture. The biggest takeaway is that Jenny helped me discovered my true self and created a new thinking pattern, which has tremendously changed my perspective on the good, bad, or challenging issues that is happening everyday. I am looking forward to talking more.
