About Me

I am a multidisciplinary professional with a background in coaching, project management and writing.
I have studied and worked in three different countries Lebanon, Belgium and the USA.
My mission is to empower women especially in the Middle East through my coaching, my writing and my show on Hammam radio.
I have extensive experience coaching adults and teens, preparing and organizing workshops, camps and trainings in relational needs, emotional intelligence, habits change and resilience.
I focus on creating awareness, mindset change and small achievable actions to help clients achieve their vision.
My values are curiosity, courage and belonging and I believe we can all live with meaning if we live from our values.
As a trilingual professional, having lived in three different countries, I have come to appreciate and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I believe in creating a safe space for everyone to speak up so we can come up with better solutions to problems and have a culture where human rights and equality come first.
