About Me

When you fall and bruise yourself, your body knows exactly what to do and starts healing itself. Its the same way with mental health. We know how to heal. We are self-healing individuals.

The problem is that with trauma, our minds get rewired. So we forget how to heal. But we still know. You are not broken! You are still whole. And with a little bit of help, we can work on helping you remember how to heal.

Its good news because you don't have to try and be "normal" like other people (fighting against yourself). Instead you work with yourself and come back to who you naturally are (Align with yourself).

I believe in a human centered approach: using what works intrinsically for you. Not just handing you cookie cutter tools. What works for one person doesn't work for other people.

We take a look at your physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences and help you reach your goals/optimal state. We focus on what you are truly able to control. And we gently break through resistance.

I personally know what its like to have experienced trauma and domestic abuse. You are not alone. You really can heal and move forward. Its your time to thrive!

I am a Certified Abuse Recovery Coach (CARC) and a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC). I also trained in NLP and teach other survivors of abuse by training them in their CARC certification.
