About Me

As a woman in her 40s, I relate to many issues that my clients, especially those between the ages of 35-55, face during this transition phase when we experience a multitude of social, psychological and biological changes. It’s a phase of our lives characterised by carving out a career path, re-balancing work and personal life, re-discovering one’s self…. It is also a phase when we may have to deal with divorce, health problems, becoming caregivers to our parents, financial stress and the transition to menopause.

Through a holistic approach, I help my clients to make massive shifts to transform all areas of their life to bring whole life balance. I recognise that each of us is born with unique talents and motivations. I work together with my clients to align their unique qualities with their goals and purpose to create the life that they truly envision for themselves.

Using tools and techniques; suited to individual needs, we will set out strategies to enable you to reclaim your real self and let go of what no longer serves you.
