I’m an Executive and Life Coach with over 18 years of experience in banking and change management. I specialize in helping professionals and entrepreneurs navigate transitions, uncover their authentic selves, and achieve fulfilling, sustainable growth. Born in China and moved to Singapore since 1990's, and coached clients from more than 15 countries, I bring a unique global perspective to my coaching practice.
