About Me

Hello, I'm a Life and Executive Coach who specializes in integrating ontological inquiry and positive psychology application to support individuals and groups in their personal and professional transformation journeys. I believe everyone is a unique talent and a great leader.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the integration of ontology, systems thinking & positive psychology, which creates a holistic approach & a rich coaching experience to empower my clients to embrace their authentic selves, overcome limiting beliefs, cultivate positive emotions, develop strengths, goal setting and action planning. I co-create the safe coaching space with my client, to shift the BEING, reinforce the KNOWING and evolve the DOING of the client as a whole person.

Besides my coaching practice, I have started my corporate experiences since 2007 in the Banking industry across different functions and domains. I lead and work with cross-functional teams of international backgrounds to deliver complex programs. I have deep insights of ways of working, stakeholder management and leadership development. I've been an internal executive coach since 2021.

I provide 1:1 coaching and group coaching. They come as a coaching package, which is discussed and customized to your needs during the 30-min discovery call (free of charge). Each of your sessions will be tailored to your needs in-line with what you want to achieve in the coaching journey. I will apply frameworks and tools based on ontology and positive psychology to support your progress. I will hold you accountable for your goals and actions. You can expect absolute confidentiality with no judgement during your sessions with me. I will also provide necessary support in-between sessions throughout your entire coaching journey.
