About Me

I help individuals and professionals get unstuck, feel more energized and less stress in their professional and personal lives, while supporting every step of their journey to further grow as a leader or individual, or transit to a new job, career change, starting a new business or expatriation / repatriation, or retirement.

Before becoming a coach, I had over 20 years of international career at multi-national corporations including Fortune 100/500 companies as a senior leader and specialist for the Asia Pacific region. My career has taken me to various locations such as London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and that experience has given me insights into the unique issues and stressors that keep international professionals and expats from feeling in control of their lives.

I went through several transitions during my corporate career due to external events and other circumstances such as M&As. Change isn’t always easy - I experienced difficulties in navigating through changes at first-hand and I saw many colleagues of mine and leaders struggling with changes too. This is the reason why I care so much about helping professionals in transition.
