About Me

Psychospiritual Coaching synthesizes the benefits of therapeutic tools with impactful spiritual practices. Whereas most coaches only utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) tools, I additionally offer DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) tools—which I have both certified knowledge in and practiced in my own recovery and awakening journey. The core principle of DBT is Mindfulness— allowing the freedom of authenticity without judgment. Furthermore, the dialectical and eastern philosophical aspects of DBT innately facilitate connection within all five aspects of oneself: Core Self, Mental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual. Dialectical Behavioral styled Coaching serves as my framework, and I incorporate spiritual practices such as: Shadow Work, meditation, tarot & Oracle cards, journaling, and dream work.

In my own life, DBT and CBT skills were and continue to be essential to my mental and spiritual health. These skills have allowed me to become more in tune with and loving of my authentic self. As a result, I've been able to expand my conscious awareness and increase my intuitive abilities. By connecting with and accepting myself, I simultaneously am able to connect more with both those I love in my life and with the Universe itself. As my self-awareness grew, so did my desire to facilitate a higher connection to my intuitive abilities. I have my own dedicated sacred space where I regularly utilize these tools alongside spiritual practices such as meditation, divination, journaling, dream analysis, and most prominently: interpretation of synchronicities. These are all ways I stay in tune with the energies of the Universe and with the resonance of my authentic self.
